owing to the political crisis rocking Ekiti State lately, the state Governor, Kayode Fayemi has declared dusk till dawn curfew in the state. Announcing this in Ado-Ekiti on Friday, Fayemi said, there would be no movement between the hours of 7.00 p.m and 7.00 am everyday till further notice.

Lagos State Government yesterday set up a Coroner Inquest to come up with details on the the cause of the incident that led to the collapsed building within the premises of the Synagogue Church of All Nations at Ikotun Egbe, Lagos. The Coroner court is expected to commence sitting from next week at the Ikeja High Court.

The trial of the suspected mastermind of Nyanya bombing, Aminu Ogwuche was stalled yesterday due to a sharp disagreement between the Nigerian Police and the SSS on whose responsibility it was to conduct the trial. The disagreement left the trial judge, Justice Adeniyi with no option but to adjourn the case till Nov. 10.

Fresh report has shown that three Togolese were also involved in the recent collapsed building at the premises of the Synagogue Church of all Nations. Report says the victims who were workers at the building are still missing as their family members are currently in frantic search of hospitals to locate them.

Australian negotiator, Stephen Davis has again revealed to pressmen on how top Nigerians have been funding Boko Haram insurgents with huge sums of money. The influential Nigerians, whose names were mentioned, were said to have created a strong network which assisted them to wire a large sum of money via the Central Bank of Nigeria to an agent in Egypt. The agent, he said, purchases the arms and military uniforms for the insurgents.

A Federal High Court sitting in Lagos, yesterday, discharged and acquitted Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Mr Adeyemi Ikuforiji, who was arraigned before the court on an amended 54 count charge of money laundering by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.
